As a movement that initially grew from blogs and without plans to become a media business, GNFI was not very by-gas to quickly become big.

For years we did it very organically. Every time there is a need for resources, we consider it selectively. What really must be held, what can be postponed. Likewise with plans.

Everything is running a “safe”, because we keep everything so as not to get big from the pole.

But frankly this way is not always good. Not his heart that is not good, but the motion that becomes slow. Because GNFI is driven by a rather “ambitious” mission: spreading good good impacts for as many people as possible, so it’s a pity that this good impact is slow to spread, not wide. Because if so, it means we fail in carrying out the mission.

1. Strategic collaboration

Everyone normally knows that collaboration is good. But apparently not all have goodwill to collaborate. The reasons are various, but usually the ego of the organization is still high. Desire to build everything yourself (own) still defeating the desire to work together with mutual beneficial (sharing) with other parties.

At GNFI we train ourselves to collaborate. Collaborate to do projectbuild products, or develop programs. We interpret every collaboration is a strategic thing: not only we must be able to use it big, but how to make collaboration partners also get benefits from the cooperation that exists. From a good and successful collaboration, it will lead to the next good opportunities.

2. Involve the community

What happens if people listen to the same interests, interests, and goals gather? Something difficult to be easy. Everyone moves because of the call of the soul. There is no tired. That’s the community.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has noted, there are around 395 thousand communities in Indonesia. This is recorded, which is not certain more. The fields of movements are various, from social, education, environment, culture, hobbies, professions, and … please continue alone. Whatever field you call, almost certainly there is a community there.

On many occasions, GNFI is always looking for ways to involve the community. Communities that like to write, social, literacy, educational activists, filmmakersThe ASN Muda community, to the songwriter community.

Working closely with the community not only produces exposure, but also concrete results. Both in quantity and quality.

3. Build an ecosystem talent

How many people are needed by GNFI to preach good news from hundreds of regions in Indonesia? It must be very much. It also means that it costs a lot. It’s so, it is not necessarily easy to get people who can work and be able to do what we ask for.

That’s why we built an ecosystem talent. You do this by establishing a good relationship from each talent who had or was involved with GNFI.

For example an internship alumni. Every time opening an internship opportunity, GNFI is fortunate who can register hundreds or even thousands of people (although those received are usually only a maximum of dozens). They can be students or new graduates. After the internship is finished, the HR team will continue to deal with them. The mentors in GNFI always open themselves for personal communication. Often when there is a job that needs skill certain, HR can immediately provide alternative people who can be contacted from the list of internship alumni.
